I'm actually writing a review for a fast food place... wow.. but it was that bad. landed in Midway and drove to Schaumburg and just wanted something before bed. went through the drivethru and the dude was nice enough and it was quick enough.. but it was AWFUL. the fries were the worst BK fries I have ever had. room temp, soggy, and gross.. like they had been sitting there all day. the burger didn't even taste like crappy BK burger.. it was worse.. had some weird taste to it that was not normal.. the bun tasted like it had been microwaved 5 times.. I had a few fries.. took one bite of the burger, and then went to Wendy's and tossed my bag of BK in the trash at the Wendy's drive thru.

got some chicken things and fries. Old and Cold. yuck

It's a Burger King more or less like every other Burger King. I have ordered takeout 5 or 6 times with quick service and no mistakes.

I don't think it's that bad...okay my gf stops off here sometimes for a quick coffee in the mornings so this is a shared review. The morning service is defintely slow but the people are actually sweet so it's hard to stay upset. There have been a few mixups...I mean okay so I've only been here a few times and the order has things wrong a majority of the time so I get the bad reviews but thought I'd chime in. Manager seems very customer service friendly and a good head on his shoulder...or is that the newest manager...but overall decent. The inside sure is clean.

My order has almost never been correct. I gave up on that location and went to another. Constantly charged for food not in the order and I even had half slices of cheese one time.

The ONLY five times I've ever been here they ALWAYS seem to screw up my order. It's correct on the receipt but they do the opposite. I'll order a whopper with cheese, no onion. And I get a whopper, no cheese, extra pickles, and extra ketchup. Maybe next time I'll get a whopper with a chicken patty smothered in apple sauce.

This is the absolute worst Burger King location. The French fries were cold soggy and tasteless. The chicken strips were also cold. I specifically asked for honey mustard. They said it was in the bag. As I drove away I realized there was no sauce. Lame! FYI the fries were so bad my dog wouldn't even eat them!

Can't hear anything through the drive through speaker. I didn't know if I was supposed to stop at the first or the second window. Guessed the second and was right. He messed up my drink order. Fries were cold. Burger tasted like it was made yesterday and was overloaded with ketchup. Probably my worst Burger King experience to date.

Too hot. Too cold. Kind of makes a girl feel like Goldilocks. Unfortunately in this case, nothing ends up just right. If a girl has a craving for vegan french fries, she should be able to satisfy her craving by rushing through the drive-through to get perfectly salted and cooked fries -- not the "oh my gosh this is so hot it just burned my finger!" tasteless french fries from here. The person who last reviewed this place said the fries were too cold. I don't know why mine were too hot. At least we agreed they're tasteless. Perhaps the next person will find them just right?

SLOWEST drive thru in the world with errors galore on your order; food is disgusting. Recently ordered sweet potato fries at this restaurant. They were overcooked, burnt, and dried out. I brought them back & was offered another order. Why would I do that? They knew the fries were terrible when they gave them to me, so why would they put them in the bag anyway?? Today I tried their bratwurst....$3.50 for a tiny brat sliced in half, a squirt of mustard, a few sliced onions.(See photo) This sandwich tasted worse than it looked and it looked pretty bad! I am DONE with this franchise!!! Avoid at all costs!!

Went there tonight and there was one person at the drive in besides me and I was waiting forever just to pay for the food I ordered. While I was waiting I was watching a mouse run in and out of the back door. It was going back and forth for a while. Disgusting and unacceptable. Never go here!

One of the worst BK's... The service was slow and the whopper made me sick. Have not been there since/will not be going back.
(1)Jacob J.
I dislike how cheap they are with the usage of ketchup and mustard. LoL. A funny thing to be irritated about, but.. really, if I ask for extra that means instead of not using any(which is a normal), you should put some on there. Maybe it's just one burger makers' resistance to make it my way. Just saying..
(2)Kevin S.
I came here one night (drive thru) and I was very disappointed when I got home. I ordered a Whopper and 2 crispy tacos. The Whopper was lukewarm. Didn't taste fresh or good at all. They only gave me 1 taco. I was supposed to get 2. It was just lukewarm too, and it was dry. You could tell that it was really old. Don't come to this Burger King, try another one.
(1)Lynn K.
We just tried to go to this Burger King. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru with no service what so ever. Finally gave up and went inside to wait another 10 minutes and again resulting in no service. Based on the reviews, maybe it was a blessing to no get bad food here. The management needs to reevaluate their employees. This is ridiculous.
